Purchase & Shipping Policy

Address Changes: It is your responsibility to make sure shipping / billing addresses are correct for your order. If you find an error in shipping address before your order is shipped, let us know ASAP via support@pickl-it.com we will make our best effort to update your address before shipping. You bear all responsibility for the payment of the potentially-lost items, as well as the recovery of the items from FedEx, USPS, or any wrong addresses to which the product was delivered.

Backorders: Occasionally an item you purchased may be back-ordered, we will hold your order until all items are available. Unless you contact support@pickl-it.com informing us you would prefer partial shipment.

International Orders: Our shopping cart now supports international orders. ALl international orders are shipped via United States Post Office priority mail.

Preferred Carriers: Our preferred carrier is FedEx Ground / FedEx Home Delivery. Please do not request UPS. If FedEx Ground / FedEx Home Delivery service is not available in your area, we will use USPS.

Faster Shipping? Special Requirements?: If you need faster shipping, please contact us to discuss alternate shipping options such as FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx or USPS Express Mail.
