Uses: This is the middle of the “workhorse” line-up, when the 1 1/2-Liter is a little too small, and the 3-Liter is a little too big. Our favorite uses including big batches of beet kvass, triple-batches of lacto-fermented granola, as well as the fresh batches of sauerkraut, carrots, beets and other favorite vegetables, for always-fresh batches.

Ideal for fermenting 1 1/2 to 2 1/2-pounds of vegetables, triple batches of fermented flatbread batters, kefir and lacto-fermented drinks.
